Licensee: The individual purchasing or receiving the image(s)
1. Grant of License
Upon purchase, the Licensee is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use license to download and print the purchased digital image(s) for display in a personal setting. This includes, but is not limited to, printing for:
- Home or office wall art
- Gifts for friends or family (non-commercial, not for resale)
- Personal creative projects such as scrapbooks or décor
No ownership or copyright is transferred. The copyright remains with Madelein Wolf (the Photographer).
2. Permitted Uses
Under this license, the Licensee may:
- Print the image(s) on paper, canvas, metal, or other print materials for personal display.
- Use the image(s) as a desktop wallpaper or background on personal devices.
- Share the printed image in private settings (e.g., showing in your home, office).
3. Restricted Uses
The Licensee may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, or sell the image(s) in any form.
- Upload or share the full-resolution digital file(s) online or with third parties.
- Use the image(s) for any commercial purpose, including marketing, advertising, product packaging, or resale.
- Alter, edit, or manipulate the image(s) in a way that misrepresents the Photographer’s work.
- Claim the image(s) as their own creation.
4. Copyright & Attribution
All images remain the intellectual property and copyright of Madelein Wolf.
Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution constitutes a breach of copyright law and may result in legal action.
5. Refunds & Replacement
Due to the digital nature of the product, no refunds will be issued once the file has been downloaded.

This license automatically terminates if the Licensee violates any of the terms. Upon termination, the Licensee must delete all copies of the digital image(s) and cease use immediately.
7. Agreement
By purchasing and downloading the digital image(s), the Licensee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this license.
