1. License Types

Please make sure to select the correct license option when you place your order. 

1.1 Standard License 

✔ Personal and commercial use for websites, blogs, and presentations
✔ Social media, digital content, and editorial use
❌ No resale, merchandise, large-scale advertising, or redistribution

1.2 Extended License 

✔ Unlimited commercial use, including print, merchandise, advertising, and large-scale marketing distribution
✔ Use in paid advertising, marketing campaigns, and digital products
❌ No resale or redistribution as a stock image or NFT

1.3 Exclusive License 

✔ Full ownership—image is removed from sale and granted exclusively to the buyer
✔ Unlimited commercial use with no restrictions
❌ No resale as a stock image or NFT

PLEASE NOTE: 

If you purchase a Standard License and later need an Extended or Exclusive License, you may upgrade by paying the price difference within 30 days of the original purchase. Please contact me to arrange this.

2. Prohibited Uses (Applies to All Licenses)

• Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing the image
• Using images in illegal, defamatory, or offensive content
• Claiming authorship or using in AI-generated content

3. Image Tracking & Enforcement

• Images contain embedded metadata with copyright details
• Unauthorized use may be detected via reverse image search
• If an image is found to be in violation of these terms, a legal takedown notice (DMCA) will be issued, and legal action may be taken
