1. No Refunds on Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once an image is downloaded, it cannot be returned, and no refunds will be issued.
2. Exceptions for Technical Issues
Refunds may be granted in the following cases:
- The file is corrupt or unopenable, and technical support cannot resolve the issue.
- A duplicate purchase of the same image was made by mistake (proof required).
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
3. Unauthorized Charges
If you believe a purchase was made fraudulently, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for review. We may request additional information to verify the claim.
4. License Upgrade Policy
If you purchase a Standard License and later need an Extended or Exclusive License, you may upgrade by paying the price difference within 30 days of the original purchase. Contact us with your order details for assistance.
